Who called me from this phone number (440) 305-8935

some guy carl called my phone my job I answered at work. He gave me someone's ssn and address and bank name it wasnt mine. I told him that he kept giving info when i got mad and told him he had the wrong person i hung up on him. My brother called im back because he left him a message also and then acted like he didnt know what he was talking about. this is a scam
