Is 438-227-1461 a scam or spam call?
Received call at 11:22 am on 6-20 asking for "Grandma". I immediately knew the person calling was not my grandson. He had my name and address and city. When I questioned him several times, the answers were "Why are you asking me these questions. He said he and his friend were stopped by police, etc.. Then I asked him his mother's name, and he hung up. My daughter was so glad I was knowledgeable about this scam!
