This number called 830 A.M. on a Sunday? No msg left. Dorks.
I just got a call from this number on my caller ID it was showing Colorado Tech.. When I answered he was saying he was calling on behalf of Xfinity and wanted to upgrade my internet and asked me what I use my internet service for and I asked him why are you calling me from colorado tech if you are Xfinity.. and he said they were a 3rd party calling on behalf of Xfinity. I asked him to lose my number and put me on a DNC list because if I wanted to contact comcast Xfinity I would contact them directly I feel like this is a SCAM! DONT FALL FOR IT!
They gave me my payment information and how long I've had my internet service and wanted to sell me faster service. I asked for their number to call them back and they said they didn't have a specific number so to call Xfinity.
They called me twice today. I didn't pick up, and they didn't leave a message.
They called to talk about some offers from Comcast? I hung up , but seems kinda sketchy.
I’ve gotten a few of these calls since signing up for XFINITY, based on other responses I’m betting its a hoax. I missed both calls and they didn’t leave a message.
Called claiming to be Comcast, wanting to email me and send me equipment for a service I had not signed up for.
Car warranty scammer..
This caller said he was from Xfinity and was setting me up with their Flex system for free. He then sent me an email (that he already had in his system) from an Xfinity email address (online.communications@alerts.comcast.net) that looked like it was really from Xfinity. I forwarded the email to Xfinity to see if it was legit or not.
