Who called me from this phone number (434) 505-0299

I received a robotic call from this number claiming that an inmate named "Jerry" at a Virginia correctional facility wanted to contact me. I have no idea who that could be, and can only assume the call is a scam, especially since I got the same message twice from a different number registered in Texas.
