This company called stating that it owned a debt. They violated the Fair Debt Collection Act. 1. A threat was issued to file criminal charges 2. A threat was issued to contact my boss/company owner 3. A threat was issued to issue an arrest warrent 4. When demand was issued to speak to a supervisor, the request was denighed 5. Asked for mailing address, company refused to provide 6. Asked for name of company, company refused to provide. 6a. Called company back mulitple times, finally got name and address of company. RMS 2316 Delaware Ave, BOX 205, Baffalo NY 14216. 6b. The address provided, was a UPS store. I called the store and was provided confirmation that this company was not the registered owner of the box in question (205)
