Who called me from this phone number (434) 333-7593

Called me about a check, then had me served at work. After I talked to an attorney I found out they are collecting on a bad check that I wrote three years ago. I didn't even know it bounced but they had the receipt from the dealership and the check. I'm not willing to go to jail over a car I don't even have anymore. I'm making payments on the advice of my attorney.
