Who called me from this phone number (434) 215-0897

Caller saying the call is being monitored and says he has information that I recently applied for or asked for information about Medicare Social Security Disability. I tell them I know the call is a scam and do not call again. I receive these calls every day and sometimes more than once a day. Most times I do not answer and they do not leave a message on the answering machine.
