It is a live person that starts off saying: " Hello, my name is Justin and I am calling from a home owners association"-Then it abruptly hangs up. 5-6 times a day!
Claim they are with the home owners association and are calling on a recorded line. Then they hung up. Only 3 homes on my street - no home owners association where I live - Scammers!!!
