Who called me from this phone number (425) 585-1038

I think its a dam scam . She called pushing to give her my id member number on my insurance card.. but she kept on telling me its my 9 digit social ending with a letter .. i call bullshit because i never seen a ssc # as a insurance member ID .. she pushed really hard and was not professional at all..
