Complaints about Phone Numbers425-578-####

Robo call claiming to be Microsoft tech stating my computer was hacked… press 1 to be connected with a technician for help. Did it and a man answered stated he would work with me on the computer to clear up the hacking that had been done. To verify he was really from Microsoft he gave me a 32-bit code that would be my license from Microsoft. He would show me how to find it on the computer to verify his identity. I wouldn’t let him do that so he gave me his phone number (425-578-0619) so I could call him later .

This number has called me at least once, sometimes twice daily for months. They have never left a message. Nor have I ever answered it.

Scam initiated by robocall impersonating "research firm" for IRS.

I saved the voicemail they left.

Says they are collecting donations to support politicians who help first responders injured doing their duty.
