Who called me from this phone number (424) 501-0938

My mother got a phone call from a man named John Bennett with the badge # 7426093 calling from the number 424-501-0938. Saying that her social security was being used to open loans with a few banks in Texas including these names:  Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase Bank, JP Morgan. At the end of the call. The caller knew her full social security before hand but asked her for her last four digits. I sent an email to social security asking if this person existed but they denied it. Thus my comment here to help others avoid this scam.
