When I answered the phone they said yes Iām calling in regards to my VW Jetta. I replied, you mean the one that I turned in five years ago because of the diesel fuel scandal? Then she hung up. When you try to call the number it gives no ringtone or no ability to call back that number. It is set up to where they can call you but you cannot call them
