I received the same call from rep. alleging to be from amazon regarding purchase of $249.99. He later had me open browser dictating to me the web address for remote access to my computer at this point I stopped. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO PROVE THEY WERE ACTUALLY FROM AMAZON. DO NOT GRANT THEM ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER!
