Someone with an accent and boiler room background noise asking to speak with someone about outstanding invoice or debts from United Legal Team without identifying what the outstanding invoice is and what it is related to.
Health insurance scam. They tell you 2 press 9 if you're not interested or call an 800 # that gets you nowhere. They call multiple times a day. I'm sick of them. I registered my phone # on the Do Not Call list and they still call.
