Who called me from this phone number (424) 277-9010

I received a voicemail message from 424-577-9010 which says: My name is Martha Thompson state number SS681 this is a notification from the Department of tax debt and financial settlement services, offering a program where they can reduce or eliminate the debt and to call at 866-598-2292 to enroll. I don't have tax debt and apparently the 866# has been reported as scam call.
