Who called me from this phone number (424) 255-2963

Caller called about offering student loan forgiveness. I do not have student loans. Just gave her name as Becca Ortiz. No company name. Said she was concerned I had not received a notice and that I might miss out on my prequalified status. Totally bogus. Assume she would have asked for personal details. I did not call her back.
