Who called me from this phone number (423) 702-7239

Of course, this is a POS robo call. Called our business line and hung up after the 1st ring which is their MO. Block one # and 5 #s wake up from their POS coma. Complaining to FTC is another waste of time because they are simply collecting these #s while phone cos aid and abet these POS by allowing them to open new accts with block of #s. May these POS burn and rot in hell.
