Complaints about Phone Numbers423-467-####

Seems to be a legit CitiBank number. I applied recently for a credit card with CitiBank. And they called me to confirm I did in fact apply for the card. I was super skeptical, even now i don't know with 100% certainty. But I did in fact apply for a CitiBank credit card, I don't think a spammer would know thaty. And when I called back an automated message said that it is CitiBank, but that the number is not set up to receive inbound calls.

I closed this account in April 2019 and requested no phone calls. this is definitely a fraud call because they said someone has tried to make some charges to it, which is not possible.
