Who called me from this phone number (423) 397-1722

I received a call from this number stating it was a business matter and when I ask what business they just said it was a Hubbard financial out of Illinois. I called the number back and the person was the same that called but automatically new it was from the number he called. Highly suspicious and believe to be a scammer
