Who called me from this phone number (423) 389-0014

These people have called on and off for nearly a year. My phone only blocks for a 3 month period and now that it expired they got through again. I have a phone blocker add on that permanently blocks so this is the last call. They are after your medical information posing as part of Humana, which we called to verify and they said they were a scam.
