Called twice in the last 3 hours. No one on the other end when I answer. Called back and the girl says "local processing center". I asked "for what?". The reply was "for your vehicle". Telemarketer.

This number calls. When answered, hangs up. No speak. Call back states wait for available operator. This is tell marker call. We have now blocked this number.
