appears to be a scam call: Hi, my name is Lisa. We're interested in purchasing your multi-family property. Give me a call and let me know if you would consider selling or not.

Received two separate voice mails from this number over a 3 week span from an actual human who identified himself as "Sean" who said he was looking to relocate to my area and inquired whether we were interested in selling our property. I called the number back, got voice mail message recording off the same voice that call me saying, "Hey this is Philip...". Definitely scammer
