Who called me from this phone number (423) 216-2739

Male caller. Told me to hang on just a second while he got his Bluetooth connected. I could hear rustling like he may be fixing Bluetooth but then he disconnected. I do NOT know this number or the voice and when I called it back, it doesn't even ring. It just cuts you off. Blocked the number!
