Calls from this number are making me crazy. A recorded voice identifies it as "The Rates Department" I have answered to get an actual human and repeatedly told them I am NOT interested and to STOP CALLING ME. It is a waste of breath. Anybody have any ideas how I can get these clowns off my back?
