Who called me from this phone number (412) 822-0269

Received a call from this number today saying from Etna, PA. I do not answer numbers I don’t recognize. No voicemail left. I’ve been getting calls from Etna a few times a day with different phone numbers and I’ve started blocking them two days ago but they keep coming.
