Who called me from this phone number (412) 785-3263

I get a call from this number MULTIPLE times/day at the business I own in Pennsylvania. By multiple I'm stating as fact...4+ calls/day. This has taken so much time away from my staff's ability to perform the office duties I pay them to do. Furthermore, these bullshit phonecalls where literally nobody says a word, there is no person on the line has cost me and my practice money and time and add to that the frustration with my staff and myself and it shows with how their mood changes but then have to speak with a patient who just had an autoaccident, or slip and fall, or WC injury, etc. THIS IS NOT OK
