Is 412-785-1864 a scam or spam call?
I got a voicemail from them. I called them back and got an answering system claiming to be a “resource management” agency. An Indian man then picked up, who I assume is probably related to the woman heard by the other commenter.
Directv supposed collection agency. Lady with Indian accent asking for personal info and going to "deliver important papers" to me. I had to ask at least 3x because I couldn't understand her. RUDE! Told her I paid it off already and she just wouldn't listen. Proceeded to tell me that "English need to understand". Whatever that means!
