Wouldn't day who they are or why calling. Had my name and last 4 of social but asked for more personal info. Scary

Called me harassing wanting my personal information
They called asked for me had the last four of my social but refused to say who they were. I called back in a blocked number spoke to a mr. Johnson, he refused to answer who they were until I gave my number. I refused and they hung up.
Same as the person above. They had some vague info about me - pretty close to my birthday (but not correct), and an old address that I haven't lived at in about 8 years. But they wouldn't say who they were representing or the purpose of the call. I think they were fishing for more info. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO THAT THEY DON'T ALREADY HAVE!
When I called the number back, I got a automated message that all reps were busy. When someone did answer they refused to identify who they worked for
