Who called me from this phone number (412) 550-4763

An automated response telling me that there was an important message for my (deceased) grandmother would play if I pressed "1." I did, and it seemed like someone was sitting silently on the other end of the line. The person then broke out into song, singing something like "double life, double life" before hanging up.
