Called and left no message
Received a call from this number demanding payment for overdue bill. Duquesne Light will never call you demanding payment. This is a SCAM!
This is NOT Duquesne Light calling -- no matter WHAT the caller claims (it is their number, but when I called Duquesne Light they said it isn't them making the calls). We got two more in the space of about 5 minutes just this evening. BOTH times the caller hung up after only 3 rings (not enough time for the answering machine to pick up) and BOTH times the caller ID said "Robo Caller" -- NOT Duquesne Light. It's some sort of spam. I had a caller a few years ago trying to get me to change my power generation source and almost fell for it, then got wise. Reported the number to the PA DNC list and about 4 years later got a call from someone from the PA Attorney-General's consumer affairs people and THAT company got into trouble and settled out of court. But they at least only CLAIMED to be from Duquesne Light -- it didn't come up on the caller ID that way. Listing these calls as "Scam or Fraud" on general principle -- because I know it ISN'T Duquesne Light calling.
Call almost every day. Called 6 times today, I finally got fed up and answered. Male caller with a very thick (Indian)? accent. Told him to take me off their calling list. Was told that was not possible as this was Duquesne Light and I would be receiving a discount on my next bill. Told him again to stop calling me and hung up.
They have called our house several times over the last three days. We did not answer as the phone number is not Duquesne Light.
Called twice. When I called his bluff and then told him I moved out of Pittsburgh several years ago, he became obscene and verbally abusive.

Claimed to be from my power company, so I asked him which company was that and he said Duquesne Light, which is not my power company. So then he has the nerve to ask who my power company is! Didn't go well for him
Several calls daily; no message.
Keep calling, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. Don't leave messages.
They keep calling me at least 4 times a week or more. They insist that they represent Duquesne Light Company and I qualify for a 40% discount off of my bill.
