Who called me from this phone number (412) 357-8143

Oh, look. Carrier is Level 3 Communication. Color me surprised (no, not really -- I've gotten a LOT of spam calls which were supposedly from numbers that company issued. No message left (and I'm pretty sure the phone never even rang -- which MIGHT mean the call blocker MY carrier claims I'm signed up for is actually working. Blocking the number now -- just like every OTHER call that comes up as "Turtle Creek, PA" and NOT as an actual caller.
