IT IS AN AUTOMATED WOMAN VOICE SAYING "HELLO THIS IS A FINAL NOTICE FROM THE IRS INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE TO INFORM YOU THERE IS A LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST YOU AND FOR MORE INFO TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK." I CALL THE NUMBER BACK 3X IT RINGS A FEW TIMES THEN DIAL TONE!
