Who called me from this phone number (412) 324-2861

Caller ID said "Robo Caller" and caller hung up after only four rings -- not enough time for the answering machine to pick up. I would have guessed it just from the behavior. Didn't recognize the number. Yeah, I could report it to the FTC, but it's probably an overseas spammer.
