Is 412-226-3864 a scam or spam call?
I answered once and it was the Post Gazette trying to get me to renew my subscription. I explained that we only cancelled our (Sunday paper) subscription because we literally had one paper delivered in the ~2 months we had a subscription while they continued to charge us money as if we received it every week. When I emailed them about it ~2 months in, it took months on top of that (~3-4) to get everything straightened out and to get our refunds from them (continuing to be charged for our "Sunday subscription" all the while) - mainly because I was emailing the contact email on their site about it while apparently "nobody monitors that email" and "that isn't who you should have been contacting" (?!? then... don't put that email on your site...?). I still get several calls from this number per day, as early as 8:19 am and as late as 5:01 pm. SO ANNOYING. Adding to blocked numbers.
Also have received as many as 3 to 5 per day. Never a message. I sure hope it is not the post-gazette. I stopped service with them.
I am going through the same as those listed above. This number calls as many times as 5x a day, if not more, sometimes being just a couple hours apart, never leaves a message, and calls from early AM to late PM weekdays and on weekends. EXTREMELY ANNOYING!

July 17, 2019. We have been receiving calls from 412-226-3864 as early as 8:00AM and as late as 9:00PM. During the past week, we have received more than 6 calls in one day. There is no message: just pure annoyance from this number.
This number calls at least 3-5 times a day, leaves no message and calls from 9am-9pm. I am on the do not call list.
This number is on my caller ID at least 5 times a day

They call at least 3 times a day and they never leave a message. I no longer answer calls from unknown numbers. They've even called me a early as 8 AM. Don't they get the hint???? If it is the Post Gazette calling, as others have reported, I have already told them numerous times I was not renewing my subscription.
