Who called me from this phone number (412) 204-7291

I told the caller that my number was on the DNC. The caller hung up. When I called back, it call was answered by a "realtor". When I said that he had called a number on the DNC list, he said that it wasn't his problem since all they were doing is calling people seeking homes for sale. He told me to go ahead and report him since nothing will be done.
