Is 410-826-5852 a scam or spam call?
I get a call the same time EVERY DAY from 410-826-5852 at my work number. When I answer, the call is disconnected. When I come into work on Monday, I have two blank voice mails from that number. I work for Maryland State Government, if that will put an extra hard punch to them calling a government office.
