This jerk keeps calling my Mother's Number without it have been provided; they keep calling from random spoof numbers registered through their Telecommunications Company "Neutral Tandem-maryland, Llc" then "makes demands". We don't give anyone my Mother's phone number, so where did he obtain it from? It's an illegal practice. When answered he says "This is [NAME], calling off of a recorded line. May I speak to [NAME]?" when asked "What company or in regards to what?" he gets irritated, deeply sighs, says "I can only release that to [NAME]" then when told he hangs up on us. Wherever he's obtained the phone number, relationship, etc. isn't first hand; this deems it as a "criminal practice". Reports will be filed per-spoof and to the FTC. Please, avoid this caller.
