"Jacob" asked for the secretary and then tells me he wants to discuss the BGE bill. When I tell him that the person that handles that is not here and will not be in until after the stay-at-home directive is over he insisted that I take his information and call that person, that it is important to discuss the BGE bill. When I asked if he was from BGE he again told me to "just take my information and have the person that handles the bills call me immediately". Yeah, it went right in the trash. Would not answer me when I asked what company he was with.
