The called at 7:30 am using a robocall voice saying that they're conducting an investigation and that I would be bought up on charges if I do not call back

They call everyday, multiple times per day, and as mentioned here earlier, do not leave messages. I'm highly annoyed that being a member of the National Do Not Call Registry is virtually worthless.
Repeated Calls, Never Leave Messages, Finally answer and no one there. Every day, Multiple Times a day
They keep calling, several times a day and do not leave messages. This is not a number for anyone we know. We have a call filtering service and it sometimes stops this number, other times does not.
