Received an automated call claiming I had an expired warranty on my car.
Supposedly from Financial Freedom Mortgage (they have an office in Elkridge, MD) but the number is a Brooklyn, MD number according to Verizon and does not exist so they are spoofing calls in addition to harassing people. Person who called would not listen to me no matter how many times I asked them to let me speak. Will be filing FTC and FCC complaints. By the way - the actual phone number for the Elkridge branch of this company is 410-424-7280. They also have an office in Delaware - 302-246-5223 and the corporate office is in New Jersey - 609-997-0176. This info can be found on the Internet so it is VERY public.
4104010919 called but I did not answer. call was previously blocked (march 27, 2019). Called back the # from a blocked #. Woman answering had very heavy accent... advised company name is consumer advisors
Received multiple calls from this number on phone at work over the last 2 weeks. I only answered once, and there was silence like I was on hold, and I hung up.
