Who called me from this phone number (409) 877-7400

Called looking for a friend of mine. Said that friend used me as a reference for somebody else, and they took my information from someone else to get in contact with me to find my friend and that they were going to go to her house and get her? Didn't give me their name. Just said they were a compliance officer and I needed to relay the message.
