Who called me from this phone number (409) 497-8934

calling stating that I have been approved for a loan and I have not even applied, thru Advance America, or America Advance. When I hold the line from pressing option 1 to speak with a representative a foreigner comes on speaking and I am inquiring about being removed and I am then informed it will be a cost.
