They stole my identity by calling and pretending to be my work. I only gave them a verification code.
I received a call from someone purporting to be from Amazon with a problem on my line. They said I could call back to confirm with them at 408-713-5325
This is a SCAM. How dare these scammers to leave such threatening voice messages to innocent people! Left as a voice message Nov. 2018. Their message claimed: 'You have 4 serious violations and need to contact us immediately at 408-713-4534. You may be taken in custody by the police!"

SCAM --- BEWARE Said that my family member was in jail and needed bail money. Said his name was Charles Reed, Lawyer. Very convincing over phone. Also stated that they were in an accident and the other party was seriously injured. Bail money was the only way to help out. Thank God, that family member they stated was in jail was sitting right next to me. If they were not, I would have fell for it! Do NOT fall for it!
