Robocall programmed to seem like you are speaking with a real person " Hi, this is Mark and I am a Medical Alert Sytems Emergency specialist calling on a recorded line, how are you today? Great, now I am with disability advisors..." These are the type of scams that bilk the elderly out of millions of dollars every year! The worst part is the phone numbers are always spoofed so unless you actually interact with the live operator, its tough to go after them for TCPA violations.
