Is 408-418-5778 a scam or spam call?
408-418-5778 called me while I was in a meeting, so I chose the option to send a text for them to text me. It was a non-mobile number, so I got an error. So I'm assuming it is a robocall landline. It left a short, empty message.
There was a voicemail that revealed the caller making other calls and moving around. Never left a message.
