Who called me from this phone number (408) 207-4552

I answered the call on my cell phone and said hello but nobody answered and after 9 seconds I hung up. I tried calling the number back from my desk phone but the call only last 1 second before it disconnects

Voicemail thanks me for calling THEM. it says it's for Consumer Solution Center. I've never heard of them nor will I call them back.
