Who called me from this phone number (407) 982-2484

Got a call that I let go to ans. machine, and there were 4 shrill whistle-like sounds and nothing more. That same thing happened earlier in the day...same 4 shrill whistling sounds, but that showed on caller ID as "Private Caller."
