Apparently, this is some scammer trying to spam people's fax machines. Interestingly, they have a block on call blockers, because I blocked my caller info and called the number back for the heck of it. I got a message saying that the person I was calling does not wish to speak with someone who blocks their caller info. I'm thinking they may be phishing to see who calls them back.
