Who called me from this phone number (407) 807-0781

Just received a text from this number with "Hello [first name]". Definitely spam/scam. Do not reply to them.

I keep getting weird text messages from this number. the first message said "hello" and my last name. I reported it as a spam text. That was yesterday. It texted a second time this morning, some local phone number I don't recognize, along with the name "Anna" but I don't know an Anna. Once again I reported it as spam.
