Tricai called and said her buyer, Ben, wants to buy my property for cash. When asked she said her buyer found my property listed for sale somewhere and asked her to work on it. She searched up my public record and found my name & phone number and called me to present buyers offer to me. She kept asking questions about my property. I got spooked. I ready on newspaper about the scam where property is being sold and bought by complete strangers and property owner only comes to know of these scam when new buyer/scammer serves eviction notice to the actual owner/occupier.
